SPIEGEL-Verlag is presenting Soll and Haben for the seventh time since 1980.
The concept of Soll und Haben ("Debit and Credit") depicts the financial services market comprehensively, i.e. in its entire depth and width. In the Soll and Haben 7.0 survey, the data were gathered online. The survey was conducted in the period between June and July 2013. All in all, round about 5,000 individuals were questioned. The results of the survey are representative of 42.53 million German-speaking individuals 18 years and older who are accessible online.
The crucial factor in all this was the holistic view of the consumer, whose decisions are influenced by his/her attitudes, experiences, desires and personal life situation.
